We established Darwin Rhodes in 1996 to serve the insurance and financial services markets. Without exception our competitors of comparable size are subdivisions of generic recruitment firms active simultaneously within wide ranging markets such as secretarial,commercial and IT. We recruit investment and insurance professionals including actuaries, benefit consultants, specialist general insurance staff, investment and compliance specialists and financial advisers. Today we have the largest team of consultants specifically serving these markets.

Our recruitment consultants develop as specialists within their field - we not only specialise in financial services but also work in teams with specific responsibility for no less than six areas of recruitment - namely actuarial, life & pensions administration/technical, investment, banking, general insurance, compliance and sales/consultancy. So when an applicant registers a CV or a client registers a vacancy they are guaranteed to speak to a consultant who understands their needs.

Nominated for 'Recruitment Consultancy of the Year'in every year from 2001 to 2007 at the UK Pensions Awards and outright winner for three years.

We have also won the 'Best Recruitment Consultancy' in London at the REC sponsored recruitment awards in 2007 and have been 'Commended' as runner-up in the 'best financial recruitment firm' category at the annual Recruiter Magazine awards. We are the only insurance recruiter to have ever been nominated for this award. We have also been nominated as best Asset Management recruitment firm in the 2007 'Financial News' recruitment awards.

Darwin Rhodes Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) operates from Warsaw and Poznan in Poland and Prague in the Czech Republic covering a wide area including Hungary, Romania, Russia and Ukraine.

Our Hong Kong, Shanghai and Mumbai offices cover the major financial centres of Asia including Tokyo and Singapore and emerging centres such as Kuala Lumpur, Taipei, Bangkok and Ho Chi Minh.
