THE ROLE
Hands-on Telesales Supervisor required to run a small team maintaining the supply of print consumables and service contracts to existing RISO Direct customers.

  • Primarily selling to education, public sector and commercial printers
  • Introducing and negotiating Service Contracts
  • Looking for opportunities to upgrade existing customers
  • Managing the telesales dept daily activity
  • Liasing with the RISO Direct Salespeople
  • Setting sales and call targets
  • Inputting and overseeing order processing
  • Maintaining customer records
  • Generating reports, forecasting and results
  • Reports to the National Technical Manager
  • Using JD Edwards Oneworld Software, Goldmine & MS Excel

    THE PERSON

  • Able to lead by example
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Proactive sales approach
  • Good communication skills are a must and the ability to project both themselves and the company professionally in a business-to-business sales environment
  • Knowledge of UK copier market and leasing capital equipment would be a distinct advantage
  • Computer literate and comfortable in an IT / Reprographics environment

    THE SALARY

  • £18,000 Basic plus commission
  • £25,000 realistic first year earnings
  • N/C Company Pension Scheme
